Location & Directions

The Mayneview B&B and Greentree Inns are located 5 houses away from each other on Mechanic St in Luray. All guests should check in at the Mayneview (439 Mechanic St). Breakfast is typically served for all guests at the Mayneview except on occassions when all or near all the rooms in both inns are reserved. In that case, Greentree guests have breakfast at the Greentree.

Follow I-66 West to exit 13 (Linden/Front Royal). Go to the bottom of the exit and make a left, go to the light and make a right on 55 west. Take 55 W. to the intersection that ends in a T, and has a light; which is 340. Make a left, which puts you on 340 S. Follow that until you go under the Rt. 211 over pass, 1/2 mile past that is a bridge on your right, which is Mechanic St. (if you go up to a light you have gone too far). Come up Mechanic St. You will cross over Lee St. , and I am 5 houses up on the left side. (439 Mechanic St.) The sign is out front, the house is gray, black, and white with a purple roof.

Take exit 264 New Market/ Timberville. If you are going north on 81 make a right off the exit and go to the second light to Rt. 11, and make a left on 11 N., go to the next light (about 2 blocks) to 211 east. Proceed up throug the George Washington National Forest 12.2 miles to Luray. After WalMart traffic light bear right on Business 211 East, Go 1 mile to Lee St. (Tastee Freeze) turn left, go 1 block turn left on Mechanic St. after left turn you will see MayneView on the left as you start up the hill.
