We accept reservations online up until 24 hours before ther reservation date. Within 24 hours, please call us to reserve.
Cancellation
Please let us know by 6 pm 5 days ahead to avoid a charge to your credit card. If you cancel within 5 days of the reservation, we will charge your credit card for one night's stay and send you a gift certificate for you or a friend to use within 6 months. If we are able to rebook your room there will be no charge.
Check-In & Check-Out Times & Policies
The preferred hours for check is between 3 and 6 PM. We can be flexible about this with advance notice.
No Show
No shows will be accountable to our cancellation policy.
Smoking
There is no-smoking anywhere within the B&B. Smokers may go outside to smoke.
Children
Generally we are child friendly. Please inquire about children under 5 years old.
Pets
We do not encourage guests to leave their pets in the guest rooms unattended, but crated dogs who are quiet can be left in the room. Basically, we defer to the good judgement of our guests.
Other
NOTICE: GUESTS CHECKING IN AFTER 9:30 PM WILL BE PROVIDED WITH SELF CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS AS WE ARE USUALLY NOT AVAILABLE FOR LATE CHECK-INS.
